Clinical Supervision
Reflective, boundaried supervision for ethical and sustainable clinical practice.

I offer clinical supervision for therapists working with complexity, emotional load, and responsibility, including trauma, eating disorders, neurodivergence, and long-term therapeutic work.

Supervision with me is collaborative and reflective, with a strong emphasis on clinical thinking, ethical decision-making, and therapist wellbeing. This is a space to think carefully about the work, rather than to perform or be evaluated.
The supervision space
Supervision sessions are structured, thoughtful, and grounded in real-world clinical practice.
Together, we may explore:

-
formulation and case conceptualisation
-
working with complexity, risk, and uncertainty
-
therapeutic relationships and process
-
the emotional and ethical weight of the work
-
sustainability, boundaries, and professional development

The focus is on clarity, containment, and reflective growth, not pressure or productivity.
Areas I commonly support with
-
supervision for therapists working towards BABCP accreditation, including reflective writing, case discussion, and competency mapping
-
supporting therapists who feel stuck or uncertain in clinical work
-
reflective discussion of trauma, eating disorder, and neurodivergent presentations
-
managing the cumulative emotional load of therapy work
-
developing confidence, judgement, and professional voice over time
Who this supervision tends to suit
I work with:

-
trainee and newly qualified CBT therapists
-
therapists working towards BABCP accreditation
-
accredited therapists seeking reflective, trauma-informed supervision
-
therapists drawn to complex, relational, or high-responsibility work

This supervision is likely to suit therapists who value depth, ethical thinking, and reflective practice.
