Therapy for You
Therapy here is thoughtful, trauma-informed, and paced to what your nervous system can tolerate.

I work with adults who feel worn down by long-standing patterns around food, control, dissociation, anxiety, or emotional overwhelm, often people who appear capable on the outside, but feel exhausted or disconnected internally.

My work is particularly suited to those living with:
-
eating disorders or binge–restrict patterns
-
neurodivergence (ADHD, autistic, or both)
-
complex trauma or emotional neglect
-
chronic self-criticism or over-control

Therapy isn’t about fixing you or pushing for change before you’re ready. We work to understand why patterns developed, what they’ve been protecting you from, and how change can happen in a way that feels sustainable rather than overwhelming.

Sessions are collaborative and engaged. I offer both compassion and gentle challenge, with clear boundaries and an emphasis on autonomy. We go at your pace, and we review the work as we go.

If you’re curious whether this way of working feels right, the Are We a Good Fit? page offers more detail, or you can book a clarity call to talk things through.
